The Weekly Views … a selection of our favourite photographs from the past seven days
Constant Readers will have seen plenty of references – and quite a few photographs – relating to the nearby arboretum. As the snow prevents us doing anything especially interesting in the garden this week I am taking the opportunity to share a few more images of our favourite nearby walking trails.
The forest was looking particularly gorgeous last Sunday morning after some good, deep falls of fluffy powder snow – we were able to enjoy all of that while helping initiate a group of learner-birders brought together by Bird Protection Quebec.
The cooperatively posing Northern Cardinals were garden visitors
** There’s another post this week – title Calèche – the pictures form which would normally appear here except that we think it deserves its own place in the sun. Do have a look.
