Up early this morning to help with a guided birding walk aorund the arboretum for a mixed bag of members.  Very wet grass but fortunately no rain.

Plenty of birds singing but the group was perhaps too big for there to be much chances of close encounters of an avian kind … nevertheless, we did get some nice warblers, we found three male Bobolinks displaying on territory in the southern field and generally had a good morning.
