It seems that Montreal has received more snow to date this year than ever before since records were begun – as of today we have had almost 300 cm of the white stuff, that’s almost ten feet for the metrically challenged and it’s a lot. If corn stands as high as an elephant’s eye then snow banks round here stand as high as a bull Moose’s antlers – and then some. Impossible to see if there’s a truck bearing down on me when I back my car out of the drive.
