A guide to birding and the trails in Canada’s largest arboretum to the west of Montreal. Suitable for novices and experienced birders and includes a full annotated checklist.Thoroughly revised and updated. Richly illustrated with maps and photographs.
The Morgan Arboretum is the largest forested area on Montreal Island and has a bird checklist of just over 200 species, many of which breed there. Guided tours are run at various times in the year by the arboretum’s naturalists or occasionally by Bird protection Quebec. This book will help visiting birders to find the best birding sites under their own guidance or will add further information to the tours they join.
This version of the guide is in PDF format and may be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone as well as being home-printed.
